Water had backed up in my basement drain and I called another plumbing business. They came out and cleared the blockage. About a year later it backed up with water again, they again came out and recommended I have the drains hydro jetted, which I agreed to. They told me my drains were compromised, probably would not remain open and they recommended that I replace the drains. The next day water was again backing up in the basement drain and into the basement. This time I called Drain Masters, thinking to get a second opinion before seriously considering replacing all of the drains. They had the drain cleared in under 5 minutes, removed the clog which was the remains from the hydro jetting, gave me a 30 day guarantee and charged me about 10% of the hydro jetting bill. This guys are really the drain master.... my name is Beth Seda, I had a sewer problem for5 days stared on a Friday night call the city of reading no one showed up call Saturday morning some one came after 15 minutes they told me they couldn’t find the sewer pipe ????? They work for the city is a city pipe n you can’t find it..... Monday morning the crew came out including supervisor no one can’t find the pipe Monday night another city worker come out no one can find the pipe to the sewer I called my house warranty they send a so called plumber he can’t find the pipe I this time is no longer a sewer problem is a health issue I call the drain master ... spoke to dave really nice guy to nice to be truth he promise to come out Tuesday morning and guarantee to find the pipe n fix my problem.... I’m thinking if the city couldn’t find it what makes me think he is going to so I was supposed to text him the next day he already knew my situation he wanted to help me.... he text I dint respond I miss the text he shows up at my house and ask me if I was the owner I said yes ..... he said we text last night I said ok. He ask me is it ok if I look at you basement ...I said sure he goes in look at my basement checks the drain ..... he say I’ll be back come back with in 1/2 an hour goes to the basement plunge the drain come back out n says ur pipes are under the bush pull the bush unclog everything in a matter of 20 minutes this guy help me out a problem that the city couldn’t fix with 10 guys metal ditectors n 5 days this two guys did it in 20 minutes I’m was so happy I got tears on my eyes n the chills very emotional you guys are the best thank you so much😉

After having a pasta clog in our drain and using another company for two days that could not help, we called Drain Masters. They came to our home today and worked very hard to get the clog removed. Arrived on time, very curtious, and worked fast to remove clog.

Rotor rooter was unable to solve the issue for less than $5,000 and also broke our wood flooring. These guys came in 1 hour and solved the issue for $200 instead of the $375 quoted and agreed to over the phone because it was easier than expected.
